We aim to send your order quickly. Most parcels are dispatched within 24 hours, often the same day.

Orders over £29 are sent FREE  (or its just £3.75 for orders under £29)

Parcels under 2kg are sent via Standard Royal Mail (3-7 working days)

We use FedEx for parcels over 2kg including a 1 hour delivery time slot

There is the option of choosing a Premium Royal Mail service for packages under 2kg 

Priority Dispatch + Royal Mail 1st Class (1-3 working days) £4.95

Priority Dispatch+ Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days, tracked, insured) £9.95

There is a Highland and Island Supplement for certain postcodes as follows....

We delivery medicines and other pet supplies (under 2kg in weight) to countries in the European Economic area (EEA) ie Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

 

Europe Priority (Tracked) - 2-6 days            £12.95

Parcels over 2kg cannot be sent outside of the UK

 

 

 

Returns

 

It’s OK to change your mind!

If you do you can return an item to us (at your own expense) within 7 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. The item must have been purchased from us, be in the original unopened packaging, within date and in an unused state. If an item is damaged or faulty, or we have made an error we will replace it. If we ask you to return the item we will refund your postage costs. We are sorry that we are not allowed to accept returns for Prescription Medication unless there has been an error on our part. This is due to pharmacy regulations.

To return a product please e-mail us first at returns@vetimed.co.uk with your order details and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
