Delivery in the UK


We aim to dispatch your order quickly. Delivery times will depend on the type of order, the weight of parcels and the chosen shipping method.

Standard Delivery 

Standard delivery takes 4-6 working days. Free on orders over £29 or £5.25 for orders under £29

- Parcels less than 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48

- Parcels over 2kg are sent via FedEx including a 1 hour delivery slot

Priority dispatch plus Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-3 working days) £6.45

Priority dispatch plus Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 working days, insured service) £11.95.

Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland

There is a Highland and Island Shipping Fee of £13.95 for parcels over 2kg to certain postcodes - this is automatically added in the checkout:

Delivery in Europe (Currently not available)


We deliver most pet supplies but not Medicines to countries in the European Economic area (EEA) ie Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Unfortunately we are unable to send parcels over 2kg outside of the UK.

You can collect in person 1-2 working days after ordering online. We will call you when or order is ready to collect.

Our collection hours are 9am - 5pm




It’s OK to change your mind!

You can return an item to us within 7 days of purchase and we’ll give you a full refund for the product or medicine. The item must have been purchased from us, be in the original unopened packaging, within date and in an unused state.

If an item is damaged or faulty, or we have made an error we will replace it and, for these reasons only, we will refund your postage costs. We are sorry that we are not allowed to accept returns for Prescription Medication unless there has been an error on our part. This is due to pharmacy regulations.

To return a product please email us first at with your order details and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with further instructions. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
